The leader as coach is critical to helping and motivating employees to take personal responsibility for achieving goals. Task and / or behavioural improvements are likely when a coaching approach is used. This course starts the process of embedding a coaching culture within your organisation.

Identify and understand the differences between teaching, training and coaching.
Learning principles–
A study of the way that the brain functions, in particular looking at different learning styles adopted by individuals, and how to adapt the approach to make a connection with them.
Principles and facts about learning –
An in depth look at the adult learning process and the training circle.
The coaching model –
An introduction to a coaching model, practical coaching sessions to help with task and/or behavioural situations.
